| FORMULA 1200 TEST
DAY APPLICATION FORM:
Use this form to submit your application
for the TKC Formula 1200 Test Day. Please be aware that you must be at
least sixteen years of age on or before September 28th, 2007 and a member of TKC
in good standing. You do not need to possess an Ontario Driver's
License. Knowledge of standard transmission is a plus but not
necessary. This test day will be held at Mosport International
Speedway on the full race track. You will receive approximately 2-1/2
hours of track time absolutely FREE! All entries must be submitted no
later than Sunday September 2nd, 2007.
